Virtual Assistant (Spanish Speaking)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and organized Virtual Assistant who is fluent in Spanish to join our team. This position will primarily involve tasks related to customer communication, scheduling, and managing social media leads. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using tools like Go High Level and have experience in patient scheduling, cold calling, and gathering patient history.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and leads primarily in Spanish through various channels (email, chat, phone).
• Manage social media leads.
• Utilize Go High Level to organize and streamline communication and workflows.
• Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of time slots and managing any changes or cancellations.
• Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate leads and follow up on potential opportunities.
• Gather and update patient histories accurately and confidentially.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken).
• Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in using Go High Level or similar CRM software.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

• 5 hours per day
